How to Book
*This is the flow for individual tourists. Group tours or B2B will be designated by a person in charge.

Contact us
You can of course participate in the plans listed on our website, but you can also customize them in various ways to create your own original trip. Please feel free to contact us.
Business hours are from 10:00 to 17:00(JST/GMT+9) on weekdays, closed on weekends and holidays. In principle, we will respond to inquiries received outside of business hours on the next business day.

Step02
Check the tour plan and price
Based on your request, we will create a tour plan according to your wishes. (It may take up to a week.) Then please consider the details of the created plan. If you have any questions about the content or would like to make changes, please feel free to ask us.
As a general rule, we accept up to three free estimates. From the 4th time onward, we will charge a fee specified by our company.
After that, if you apply for a trip, the funds will be applied to your tour price.

Step03
Application and Payment
Please inform us the required information such as your passport number etc, and make a payment within a week after the application.
Please note that a travel contract has not yet been concluded at the time of application, it will be concluded when we receive the payment(deposit/The deposit will be included as part of the tour price). In general, we will begin booking after that.
We kindly ask you to complete your payment at least 30 days before departure.
